I use a 33 lb wire spool on my Miller mig now. If I need to change the type of wire I use on my welder for welding the stainless to mild steel are there any smaller wire spools than the 33 lb spool that I can use on my mig? After the stainless is welded , what is the best way to clean the blue discolored weld marks.

Nfinch96, You might have some problems on that thin stainless, If your going to try to mig it I would like to suggest .023 wire. Remember that your welds need to be smooth so food does'nt get caught in the weld ripples which can hold bacteria. I personally like to tig weld all restauarant stainless and buff it to a #4 finish to match existing.
